Bart Parsley

Mr. Parsley is dedicated to the best results for "ordinary" Americans who seek help in employment or immigration law.

Mr. Parsley practices employment law because work relations greatly influence our sense of worth and happiness. Mr. Parsley educates and fights for people who fall victim to abuse in the workplace.

Mr. Parsley practices immigration law because America is a country of immigrants. Throughout history, immigrants have come to the United States to earn a better life and he supports courageous people with a can-do spirit.

In San Diego, California, Mr. Parsley earned a J.D. at California Western School of Law with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. He was a law clerk at the Employee Rights Center, then was a legal intern at the City Attorney's Office in Chula Vista. Mr. Parsley dedicated his early career to build positive bridges between the Americas. He worked or studied in Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Chile. He earned a B.A. in International Studies and Latin American Studies at the University of Washington. Mr. Parsley is fluent in Spanish.

The Washington State Bar awarded Mr. Parsley a Pro Bono Service Commendation from 2009-10 for his contributions to provide a more equal access to justice. He is an active member in AILA.

Mr. Parsley enjoys his work in addition to bicycling, working out, reading, movies, and maintaining a sense of humor!
