Mr. Parsley practices employment law because work relations greatly influence our sense
of worth and happiness. Mr. Parsley educates and fights for people who
fall victim to abuse in the workplace.
Mr. Parsley practices immigration law because America is a country of immigrants. Throughout history, immigrants have come to the United States to earn a better life and he supports courageous
people with a can-do spirit.
In San Diego, California, Mr. Parsley earned a J.D. at California Western School of Law with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. He was a law clerk at the Employee Rights Center, then was a legal intern at the City Attorney's Office in Chula Vista. Mr. Parsley dedicated his early career to build positive
bridges between the Americas. He worked or studied in Mexico, Costa
Rica, Ecuador, and Chile. He earned a B.A. in International Studies and
Latin American Studies at the University of Washington. Mr. Parsley is fluent in Spanish.
The Washington State Bar awarded Mr. Parsley a Pro Bono Service Commendation from 2009-10 for his contributions to provide a more equal access to justice. He is an active member in AILA.
Mr. Parsley enjoys his work in addition to bicycling, working out, reading, movies, and maintaining a sense of humor!
