The first discussion over the phone or email is free. The discussion is confidential like all discussions about law between a lawyer and a prospective client.

Total fees and costs are not preferably discussed over the phone or email because matters may be more or less complex than what a lawyer may determine over a short communication. To provide the most complete service available to you, fees and costs will be determined during a scheduled consultation at $130.

During a scheduled consultation, we will discuss your goals, the facts to your case, controlling law, likelihood of success, risks involved, costs and fees, alternative solutions, and time the case will likely require. Bring any relevant information to a consultation and be prepared to be honest and complete during the discussion.

If you fail to provide notice within 24 hours of being a no-show, then you will be billed the consultation fee.
